Examination POLICY

Examination department should be standing in order to improve the quality of the students. The students who are pursuing degree and post-graduation, it is need to follow the rules and regulations of the affiliated university. Examination department have been created in the college as per the rules of Savitribai Phule Pune University.

  1. As per the circular of Savitribai Phule Pune University, a regular teacher of the college has been appointed as the post of College of Exam Officer to oversee the work of the entire examination conducted in the college.
  2. The examination officer conducts the examination smoothly with the help of all the professors and office staff of the college.
  3. The information about the internal/external examination conducted in the college is given to the students, professors and office staff.
  4. A meeting is held under the leadership of Hon.Principal for the planning of internal/external examination to be held in the college.
  5. The internal exam schedule is prepared and posted on the notice board and their information is posted class wise on whats up group.
  6. Exam schedule is posted on college website.
  7. The academic examination calendar is made according to the annual planning of the examination work.
  8. Internal evaluation is communicated to the faculty of all subjects in the college and implemented.
  9. Any examination related difficulties of the students are resolved. All their problems are solved properly.
  10. Assignments are given to the students and collected it in time.
  11. Students are evaluated impartially in the college.
  12. The mistakes of the student in the examination are pointed out.
  13. An external supervisor is appointed for the practical examination.
  14. The results of the examination held in the college are communicated to the students.
  15. University level examination results are given to the students and published on website.
  16. Examination Department works keeping in mind the interests of the students.
