Best Practice I- The Girls Education Awareness

The College gives importance to the girl's education. As part of best practice, the college gives importance to make awareness about girl's education because of the rural and hilly area, the people are illiterate and having less awareness about girls' education. By taking into account this issue the college has accepted the challenge to make awareness among the people about girl's education. At the beginning of the academic year, the college followed the plan to make door to door visit to generate awareness about girl's education in the villages, remote and hilly areas. Teaching and non-teaching staff of the college have visited a number of villages to persuade parents about girl's education, its importance, and its benefits in today's life. The college also gives installment facilities in the admission fee to the students having a low family income.

The output of the best practice:- The college runs the girls education awareness campaign in the hilly and rural area very effectively during the year there for out of total strength the percentage of girl students is 60.

Best Practice II- Facility for native wrestling sports

Wrestling is a native sport around the area of the college and around the villages of the college. The native wrestler made their identity as prominent wrestlers at the district, state, and national levels. By considering these qualities of wrestling sports, the college has taken the decision to run the best practice for the wrestling to the native wrestlers. The college signed MoU with a native sports academy to give them facilities of wrestling. The college has provided mat, hall, and teachers for the training of wrestling to the native wrestler so that they can get acquainted with the rules and regulations of mat wrestling at the state and national level.

The output of the best practice:- wrestling sports facility Centre provides the facilities like an indoor mat of international standard to the wrestlers for mat wrestling. This activity has proved fruitful to the local wrestlers who play clay wrestling.
